Candidate shall provide administrative support to NASA organizations, providing support services for a variety of functions including but not limited to correspondence, calendar management, records tracking and move support for Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) management officials.

- Visitor Services
- Meeting Services, Telecommunication Services, and Scheduling Conference Rooms
- Information Dissemination
- Ordering Supplies
- Copying/Faxing/Graphics Requests/Photo Services
- Records Management
- Data Management Services
- Desktop Processing
- Correspondence Tracking
- Travel Coordination
- Time and Labor Collection
- Property Coordination
- Move Coordination
- Training Coordination
- Information Services Coordination
- Special Events Coordination
Job requirements
Requirements:
Education Requirements
High School Diploma
Required Experience
Secretary II: minimum of 1-2 years of office experience or equivalent experience.
Secretary III: minimum of 2-4 years of office experience or equivalent experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Outlook calendar management skills
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer service
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to clear criminal and drug tests, regularly
