Getting to know you

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to FedSync. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

Panel interview

In this meeting, your future Leader and Management take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.

Meet and Greet

You made it to the very last stage! Here we already strive to cooperate with you, and give you an opportunity to see the whole team during informal talk, including our Client.

Perks

Please find a list of FedSync's key benefits available to our full-time employees. Some of these may be applicable to part-time employees.

Service Contract Act (SCA) applicable employees must utilize their Health and Welfare (H&W) funds towards bone-fide benefits costs, which includes insurance benefit cost premium, 401k safe-harbor match, etc., in authorization and regulations of Department of Labor.

Healthcare Coverage

United Healthcare PPO and HSA plans with 50% employer cost share on Medical, Dental, Vision for employee coverage.

Paid maternity leave

Thru short-term disability coverage, proivdes for up to 11 weeks of paid (at 60%, NTE $1,500 per week), as approved by insurance.

Employer provided insurances

Employer paid Short term disablity (STD), Long term disability (LTD) and life insurance for full-time employees.

Cafeteria Plan

Pre-tax accounts for fexible spending plans (FSA), commuter/transit and health savings plans (HSA).

401(k) safe-harbor match

All employees that meet eligibility receive 100% match on first 3% deferral, and 50% on the next 2%; total of 4% employer match on employee deferral into 401(k). ** SCA staff safe-harbor match is provided through the H&W provided by DOL.

Paid time off

Exempt employees receive 11 federal holidays, maximum of 15 paid days off - which meets any state sick leave requirements. ** SCA employees receive vacation, holiday and sick leave as set in applicable wage determination.

Training

Self paced skills training through LinkedIn learning and paid certificaiton/training - as approved by Management

Performance Bonus

Based on contributions made to corporate goals, including training, knowledge management, proposal, business development, and other Management authorized tasking.
